George Eaton Cranfill settled near the future site of Cranfills Gap around 1851, but the first sign of organized community development didn't occur until May of 1879. Cranfills Gap is located right in the heart of Texas, in Bosque County. Known as "The Gap" to locals, our town is full of Norwegian heritage and a strong sense of community pride. Texas Brand Land Company has served the North Central Texas area for over 30 years.
